Racing Queensland advises owners and trainers to ensure that any QTIS eligible two-year-old they have in their stable has been fully paid up by means of a sustaining payment which was due at the end of July.
While the vast majority has been registered correctly, a number of horses still have an outstanding, sustaining payment due.

Allowing for the different payment structure for the current 2YO scheme, the final shut off date will be close of business on Friday, November 16, 2012.
After this date, no two-year-old horse will be able to be registered for the QTIS scheme without seeking approval in writing from the RQ board.
