Racing Queensland (RQ) along with their brokers AON Risk
Services Australia Limited, have developed a state wide insurance
program for Public Liability and Volunteer Insurance
Program.
The program includes coverage for public and products
liability. View the Public Liability
certificate of currency.
All clubs should have the following insurance in place:-
- Public and Products Liability Insurance - (Through RQ for all
clubs)
- Directors and Officers Insurance
- Industrial Specials Risks Insurance (Through RQ for TAB
Clubs)
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Business Travel
- Workers Compensation Insurance if club has paid workers
- Volunteers Insurance for clubs who do not have paid workers
through AON
Other insurance policies as deemed appropriate by the club,
insurance broker or the Control Body.
